    Description

    For sale is a vintage blotter that advertises Valley National Bank. I believe it dates to the 1940s, or World War II eta, because the wordage mentions “victory tax.” The bank then had  19 offices in Arizona. This blotter measures 3 1/2 by 7 inches and is in very good, unused condition. See my listings for other vintage items, including blotters.
