    Offered for sale is a vintage ink blotter from the Hood Rubber Company. It was based in Watertown MA and founded by brothers Frederic C. and Arthur H. Hood, in 1896. It merged with B. F. Goodrich in 1929 and continued to manufacture footwear until the plant closed in 1969.
