This listing is for a vintage ink blotter from Firestone Tires,  the front has a picture of a tire and it says the World over America's Finest low priced tire.  Back has a blue covering but has ink spots.
Ink blotter appears to be missing part of the front, looks like it may have been cut.  Back has writing/ink marks.  Please see pictures.
