Varian Multigauge Vacuum Gauge Set with 2 cold cathodes and 3 TC gauges, cables. Condition is "Used". Date code on the controller is 11/92. The unit has been in storage for 20 years.
This is a complete vacuum gauge set removed from working equipment. Tested, see pictures showing gauge in use.
Included in this offer is one controller, two cold cathode gauges, three thermocouples and a cable set.
Controller has two cold cathode cards with one four channel TC card. also includes serial interface (RS 232) and a relay card with programmable set points
Gauges - Three TC gauges with NW 16 flanges. Two are type 0531, one is type 0535.
Two type 525 cold cathode gauges, one is standard, one designated MAGG 6001. It works the same as the standard gauge.
A cable set is included, length of cables is between 6 and 10 feet.
This set was tested and found to be fully functional.
IMPORTANT - the turbo pump and other vacuum equipment used to test the gauge set is NOT included in this auction.
