CONDITION:
Very Good Condition.  The blotter measures approx. 6 by 3.5 inches. Advertising for “Eagle Anvils and Fisher Vises” made by Fisher & Norris of Trenton, New Jersey. The tools were in use on Argentine Naval Ships, one of which is pictured on the blotter. The blotter dates circa 1910. The Rivadavia Battleship was launched in 1910 and completed in 1914.
