These Bearings are OEM Spec bearings as made for the OEM (Shimadzu Corporation)   by Koyo Bearings
They fit the following Shimadzu Magnetically Levitated Turbo molecular pumps;

These are specialty Hybrid Ceramic ball bearings with Full Compliment Ceramic Balls and built to specific tolerances for the Shimadzu Turbo pumps with Molybdenum Disulphide coating.
They are from the KOYO EXSEV bearing group.
The turbo pumps use upper and lower emergency touchdown bearings. The Lower Bearings are a Duplex Pair Matched Set angular contact bearing  and the upper bearing is a  Deep Groove Radial Ball.
