To cycle your batteries please fully charging them first, then use them in a device until the batteries are fully drained and the device shuts off.
After cycling your Li-ion batteries, you may use them or charge them as much needed.
Please do not fully charge your Li-ion batteries before storing them for long periods of time. Try to have them drain close to half a charge first.

Please also note we are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the post office tracking system. You need to contact your local post office to track down your package as soon as you realize it has been misdelivered. RETURNS: Returns requests are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date.
DIGI-DEALS offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee; this means if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price excluding shipping. Only items sent back in original packaging may be eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. If your item is found to be DOA (Damaged On Arrival) or if we made an error in fulfilling your order, you may make a claim within 30 days from the invoice date. We will provide you with a return shipping address and/or RMA instructions. Replacement units will be shipped out once you obtain a RMA* (Return Authorization Number) and have shipped the defective unit back to us.
The buyer understands returns are repaired or replaced at the seller's discretion, and will give the seller a reasonable amount of time to process said return. Please note all returns claimed to be DOA will be tested. If the customer originally paid for the return of an item that is truly defective, the seller will refund the cost of shipping up to .00. If a prepaid return label was issued for the return of an item that tests to be 100% functional, up to a .00 processing fee will be applied and only a partial refund will be issued.
