This is the same picnic table frame kit that R.J. Thomas Mfg. Co. makes for commercial accounts, plus federal and state parks and campgrounds across the United States.
Construction:
Our Pilot Rock brand Model BTUG-FR picnic table frame kit uses 1-5/8” OD pre galvanized heavy duty steel tube for the table end frames, and 1-5/16” OD pre galvanized steel tube for the diagonal braces.
Top and seat mounting angles are also heavy gauge pre galvanized steel.
All galvanized fasteners are included in the kit.
All you need to supply are the (5) 2 in. x 10 in. (nominal) planks to build the table. A great weekend DIY project!

The galvanized steel components never need painting and won’t rust. Model BTUG-FR picnic table frame kit features our non-tip, non-trip walk through design. It won’t tip even if all persons sit on one side. The design provides easy walk through access. The “skid” type frame design is easy to move and won’t harm your lawn. When assembled the table top is approximately 30 inches high, and the seat is about 18 inches high. Use the one frame kit to build a table from 4 to 8 feet long. Everything you need is included in this picnic table frame kit – except the lumber. Go to your favorite lumber store and select five pieces of 2 in. x 10 in. (nominal size) lumber (any species you want). Have the store cut the planks to the length you want. Our kit includes all the fasteners you will need and hole drilling instructions. You will have to drill your own bolt holes in the lumber. This is a great weekend DIY project.

This isn’t your typical retail store picnic table frame! This is no light-weight, use-it-a-few-years-and-throw-it-away picnic table. Model BTUG-FR kit uses heavy gauge steel components suitable for commercial or public use. The frame kit alone weighs 60 pounds! Thre is a lot of steel in this frame, so it’s going to last. You will probably replace the lumber several times before this frame shows any wear.

Return Policy:
Item must be returned within 30 days. It must be returned in the original shipping packaging, and it must be in new and UNUSED condition.
You must pay the return shipping charges. We will not accept COD shipments.
