Performance, charge capacity and longevity have all been demonstrated with using OEM Sony batteries versus off shore generic copies. I have tested and charged these batteries to 100% capacity. (By the time you receive your purchase, it may have depleted somewhat as there is a slow trickle deplete built in to the design.)
