This exhaust bolt set is for the LH, or DRIVER side for the 5.7 V8 Hemi. This bolt set will fit the 2003-2008 Dodge Ram, and includes the 4 studs, 4 bolts, and 4 nuts...again for the DRIVER SIDE.
