They do not come with any outlets ( outlets are 1/4-18 NPT ) , mounts, or cords.  They come ready to hard wire into a junction box or splice onto a power cord. ( brown is hot / blue is neutral / ground )
These come with fan guards, filter, capacitor and come ready to attach to any base with bottom mounted threaded holes.
