Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This valve is in Good overall cosmetic condition with only minor blemishes from prior use. There are a few scuffs/scratches and even one ding (on the outside of the flange) here and there. There were minor light-colored residues inside but these wiped out easily.
Notes:
We are not able to test this valve. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
