Large Belt Buckle Falcon Eagle Decorative

Large Belt Buckle. I'm not sure what sort of bird that is. It doesn't look like the typical eagle so maybe it's a falcon? Raised design. I do not know if this is ever been used. It doesn't have a smell of cologne and doesn't appear to be scratched or scuffed so I don't think it's ever been used but since I don't know I put it down as used. There's some sticker residue on the back. Other than the bird I see some foliage and maybe part of a map in the background? Couple of flowers or lotus flowers. It's fairly heavy. I'm not sure what it's made out of it's slightly magnetic on the front and the buckle part but the back is not magnetic. The finish is more matte than shiny.
