    Description

    KEY DATE! Germany 1929-F 1 Rentenpfennig, KM-30, NGC AU50.
    This is the second rarest 1 Pfennig of the Weimar period and it is on just about every collector's want list.  Only the 1925-A 1 Rentenpfennig is more rare.
    What makes this coin so desirable is that it contains a reverse that was last used in 1924 and had been replaced by the Reichspfennig reverse.  This and the 1925-A 1 Rentenpfennigs are believed to have been made clandestinely at the German mints because they are such unusual mulings.  This is only the second example that I've owned since 1988.  Don't miss out on this rare opportunity.
    This coin has been certified and encapsulated by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation.  The "KM30" notation on the back of the holder is incorrect and has been successfully removed.
