These are recommended as direct replacements for dirty or worn foot bed's or  insole replacement for most men's or women's Keen boots and shoes in which they fit. They are also make a great upgrade or replacement for  boots or shoes of all brands in which they fit. They can also be doubled up. Two insoles in each shoe usually makes for  a double comfy fit.
They can be trimmed to a smaller size. But are not recommended to replace insoles that are larger than the above measurements.
