If your package is returned to our warehouse due to invalid shipping information or marked as ‘unclaimed’ or ‘refused’ you will be responsible for our original shipping fees and 25% restocking fee. To return an item, please request a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization. Any package returned without a RMA will be refused by our warehouse. New, Sealed Products - unopened products may be returned within 14 days. All non-defective returns will incur a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee. Defective Products - Any defective product will be exchanged for the identical item within 10 days from sale.
