Here is a Germany 1931-A silver 3 mark Magdeburg commemorative, Y-74, KM-72,  About Uncirculated with a few surface hairlines (KM cat 0.00 in xf and 0 in MS60), within an NGC holder.  This is one of the more elusive later 3 mark commemorative issues, and despite some surface damage still an impressive looking coin.
