Description

Each kit contains 8 arch pieces (left/right pairs in 4 different arch heights), 4 Metatarsal pads (left/right pairs in 2 different thicknesses) and an easy to use instruction guide
This Kit dosn't include the e-soles footbed base , it is a upgrade kit , if you don't have the E-soles footbed currently  do not despair   ,  it is quite easy to modify most stock footbeds using a razer knife , bit of sticky backed Velcro
(or double sided sticky tape ) , a marker and a bit of do it yourself ingenuity , the example  pictures of the converted lake foot beds from my own shoes should give you a pretty good idea how to go about it .
