Mint, never used, circa 1942, Dutch Boy Paint advertising blotter. Shows the Dutch boy holding a brush and can of White Lead Paint. Blotter advertises the "J. Lacourciere Company, 55 Grove Street, Meriden, Conn. Phone 622". Blotter side shows multiple  old  Dutch Boy images and says "Paint Protects America."
