CTI Cryogenics Purge Port Rough Port UHV High Vacuum Valve Assembly 1/4 Swagelok

Description

For sale is a complete CTI Cryogenics purge port valve assembly.  This assembly will fit any standard CTI CT-8 cryopump that uses the standard CTI cryo pump o-ring sealed mounting flange.  It can be used on UHV cryo pumps that have the o-ring style purge port mounting flange.  It will not work on full UHV cryo pumps that have the 1.33 CF type purge port mount.  Assembly has a pneumatic UHV mini-CF style valve with a kf 25 pump port.  The cf tee has a mini-cf to 1/4" Swagelok port adapter for gas purging.  The valve solenoid is rated at 120 Vac, but has not been tested.  We warrant the assembly to seal vacuum tight.  The assembly has no purge gas shutoff valve only a rough port valve.

2)  Small items ship within 2 to 4 days of receipt of payment.  Large items requiring motor freight may take 5 to 7 days to ship.  We do not ship to freight forwarders.  We do not authorize custom routed transactions.
3)  We ship Fedex or USPS.
4)  All equipment is sold AS-IS.  The equipment we have for sale is excess to our needs.  Most items were purchased at inventory reduction, government surplus, or semi-conductor equipment sales.  We do not know the history of any used or pre-owned items.

6) All returns must include all originally shipped undamaged items in resalable condition.  This includes all original packaging, labels, instructions, and subparts.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Return shipping must include tracking information.  Ebay item number must be included with each return.
