    Ink blotter distributed by the Columbian Rope Company in Auburn, New York. It pictures the white-bearded fisherman and his parrot who show up a lot in the company's ads. The fisherman appears to be  repairing a sail.
    It is probably from the 1920's or 30's.
    The size is 3⅜" by 6".
    It is unused and in close-to-new condition.
