New old stock. Hand made and hand engraved by Clint Orms Silversmiths in Texas.  Original retail price (in photo) was ,540.00 and their number for this item is Galv-1826. It comes with 2 allen wrenches and several set screws to attach the tip to the belt. It fits a 1 1/2" belt. Clint Orms bag comes with it even though it does not fit into the bag.
