This
Centorr  Vacuum Industries model 22-2000 Vacuum Chamber Furnace (220VAC, 72A, 12kW, 50/60Hz) looks to be in decent cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.
The frame/cabinets are pretty badly bent out of shape, as shown.
However, I have no way of powering up or testing this system (we cannot provide 72 Amps of power), or any of its components, and it is being sold as-is.
Among other things, this system features a Varian SH-100 Scroll Pump (p/n SH01101UNIV), a Varian Turbo-V 81-AG Turbo Pump and Controller, a Granville-Phillips 330 Ionization Vacuum Gauge (330501-T1), as shown.
The glass Ion Gauge to the Granville-Phillips controller broke, and was discarded.
The vacuum chamber is about 8 inches deep, with an inner diameter of 6-3/4 inches.
Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 31"L x 46"W x 65"H.
