This
Stainless Steel Conflat CF Vacuum Flange Reducer features one
Non-Rotatable
10" Flange, and one Rotatable 4.5" Flange.
The 10" Flange was still mounted to a vacuum chamber when we got it, so the knife edge was protected, and is free of dents and dings.
The 4.5" Flange was exposed, and has one minor dent along the knife edge. It does not appear to be too deep, so I'm not sure if it is significant enough to prevent UHV use.
I have including a few pictures of the dent, including a few at various magnifications through a microscope, so please see the photos above for detail.
I have no way of testing this reducer under vacuum, and it is being sold as-is.
A new-in-bag silver-plated gasket is included for the 4.5" flange, and the twenty-four bolts and two threaded half-circle brackets that were previously securing the 10" flange to the vacuum chamber are also included, as shown.
Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 10"L x 10"W x 3"H.
