Items are shipped usually within 2 business days Monday - Friday.  The stickers / decals are shipped in a standard white envelope.  Due to the size of a standard envelope USPS Terms of Service does not have an option for tracking because they are sent with a stamp.  In an effort to keep my prices low and competitive I use a stamp for postage.  Standard First Class Mail usually delivers in 3-7 business days in the continental US (Hawaii & Alaska will take longer), but due to the virus and USPS denying Overtime to employees the delivery times may take longer.  Ebay's estimated delivery date at times does not line up with USPS actually delivery times as it does not account for weekends, holidays, virus Closures and weather events such as snow storms.
