Rochester, New York; Maltine With Cod Liver Oil, The Maltine Company, New York; and nurse helping lady in hospital bed .. Hexylresorcinol Solution S. T. 37, When Wet Dressings Are Indicated .. Sharp & Dohme (some discoloration at top and right edge).
