2 Midcentury Brewmaster Craft Beer Bottling Brewing Tech Books 1940's - 50's

These two hard cover technical books were originally owned by a former employee of the Hamm's Brewery in St. Paul, MN.  Both of the books show staining and wear to the covers. Other than that the books are very nice. The spines are tight with no loose, torn, or missing pages. Both are very readable and would be of interest to anyone involved in brewing beer.

161 pages of research collected from 1937 -1948 by Wallerstein Laboratories. Subject of research all pertain to brewing and bottling beer. Nice shape with some cover wear.
Bottling and Canning of Beer: Published in 1955 by The Siebel Institute.  209 pages. Technical information on the bottling and canning of beer. Numerous fold out color schematics. and block diagrams of brewery equipment. Also provides additional information on cans, bottles, crowns, and labels.
