Bring your childhood fantasy of sitting in your favorite Tonka Truck to life as you enjoy driving this cool Defender. It is like a big toy but sounds like a semi when running and driving with the inline 4 turbo diesel. It is surprisingly peppy for a diesel, and fun to drive!
The outside looks good with the bright yellow paint, added graphics and off-road rims & tires. The tall air intake snorkel (suggests) is has submarine blood in it. Ground clearance is good, and the short wheelbase, manual transmission, 4WD system- and strong diesel help assure this rascal will go where you point it. The older soft top still does it's job and has some life left.
The interior is simple and controls are convenient. Seating areas were improved, with superb supporting buckets. Power steering and power brakes make it easy to drive. An AM/FM radio is there to keep you humming as you move along.
These are a unique alternative to a Land Cruiser or CJ series Jeep, just right for the person that does not want what everyone else has. .

General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express are not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids
include a documentary fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenience fee.
