Fully rebuild 200 Tdi : The block is processed in a special acid bath to remove all internal rust deposits, rebored to size and painted. New or remanufactured crankshaft fitted with new bearings. New vacuum pump and new timing belt and tensioner. New injectors, injector pipes, leak off pipe and boost pipe Remanufactured fuel injection pump. New camshaft, remanufactured cylinder head Remanufactured rocker shaft assembly, new water outlet connection and thermostat. New glow plugs, new lift pump, new breather, new exhaust manifold New turbocharger, oil feed and drain pipes, new dipstick and tube New alternator and starter, new or remanufactured flywheel Fully rebuild LT77 5 speed manual gearbox Fully rebuild LT230 1.4 transfer box Heritage grill with new lights, black interior, front seats, doorcards, 4 jump seats.
