    Description

    Association of American Railroads: Good Advice from the National Defense Advisory Commission. 8" x 3.5" blotter. Lists five-point policy adopted by the NDAC in 1941 to keep freight cars rolling and used for transportation and not storage. The corners are worn and/or bent. There are some stains on the back side and some writing that I can't make out. Please see photos.
