The paste on sticker that identifies the company is no longer present . . . I saw another example that allowed me to identify the company. . .
Condition:
Very good condition – this has been folded in half vertically at some point in its life – clean and unmarked with the exception of a rusted paper clip mark on the top center of the first page – the only thing to mention is one small cutout on the last page lower left corner (see photo below.
