Offered here is an antique circa 1920s celluloid covered ruler and ink blotter for Fidelity Bond and Mortgage Company Incorporated in 1913, Chicago -Saint louis - Denver. The top has an 8" ruler and the bottom of the ruler holds ink blotter paper. There are still 5 sheets of unused blotters on the bottom. This was made in Minnesota by Brown & Bigelow.
