    12" x 11" Circular Vacuum Deposition Plasma Etch Heated Aluminum VAC Chamber
    Pulled from a surplus no working plasma etcher.  This unit is intact and comes as pictured.
    Unit has a few electrical pass through points as you can see, the vacuum port is on on the top rear.
    Some of the ports may need plugged, depending on what you'll be using it for.
    The inner grating can be removed but requires some disassembly to achieve.
    The door seal looks good, door latches nicely.
    Heaters are 240V 875W TEMPCO
